ShelfLoop

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

ShelfLoop is operated by Apro IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we"). This policy covers two things: this website, and the ShelfLoop app for Shopify. It is written to be read by merchants, not lawyers.

This website

The only personal information this site collects is the email address you choose to give us through the signup form. We store it with Resend (our email provider) and use it for a small number of emails about the Stocky shutdown and ShelfLoop's launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

We measure page traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors. This site sets no advertising trackers and no cookies.

The ShelfLoop app

When you install ShelfLoop in your Shopify store, it requests read access to products, orders, and locations, and read/write access to inventory. Those permissions exist to do exactly four things: show your products on purchase orders and labels, count units sold for reorder suggestions, let you pick a delivery location, and update stock when you receive an order.

We do not collect, store, or process any of your customers' personal information. No customer names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or payment details ever reach our database. When reading orders, the app uses only line-item quantities and dates, and stores one number per product: aggregate units sold in your chosen sales window.

What the app does store:

Retention and deletion

Uninstall the app and your data is kept for 30 days (so nothing is lost if you reinstall), then permanently deleted. Shopify's mandatory shop/redact request triggers a hard delete of every record we hold for your store. Because we store no customer personal data, customer data requests require no action, but the endpoints are implemented and acknowledged as Shopify requires.

Who else touches the data

We never sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond operating ShelfLoop.

Your rights

Merchants in the EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to access, correct, export, or delete their data. Almost everything the app holds is visible inside the app itself, so the fastest path is usually the app UI, but you can also email us and we will respond within 30 days.
